haven't been able to meet the provider and had to see NP. NP was very rude and wouldn't take the time to listen to my concerns and argued with my concerns. The NP said at the end of my visit "next time I see you I will be signing your death certificate"

My sister has been seeing Dr Moore now for 8 yrs and just in the last 4 years there's been an obvious change for the worse. Dr Moore now overbooks her days to where its 3-4 hours total to sign in wait 30-40 minutes, have blood pressure & temp checked only then to be put in a tiny room to literally wait for an hour everytime only then to have a student come in to ask you meaningless questions, then to hear her through the other room asking the student;'what did she say?' Wasting more of our time, when she could come in with the student. Then when she finally deins to come in it's to rush us when my sister is trying to explain to her again her very important concerns that Dr Moore rushed us through the last appointment! Other patients have told us in the waiting room how sick they are too of having their whole day shot only to be rushed as well for a measly 30 minutes with her. Totally unprofessional behavior.

I have been a patient of Dr. Moore for over 25 years. She was also my children’s physician until they grew up and fled the nest. Christine Moore is an amazing family doctor. She’s kind, she listens to you, and she won’t put you on medication‘s that are unnecessary.

I have always heard around town that Dr.Moore was THE family doc to see. I got new insurance and she was listed as an option. I got in pretty quickly for a new patient. I saw a Resident doc for the beginning of my appointment which I didnt mind at all. And then finished the appointment with Dr. Moore. She was very kind, spent time talking with me and made me feel super comfortable. Glad I finally was able to be a patient of hers!

The last couple of times that I have went I have only seen an intern. The only reason we need to go yearly is to get our blood pressure medicine. Pretty much they take our money make us sit over an hour or more in the waiting room. They then take you get your blood pressure and weight. Then move you to a room until an intern comes in. The intern in our case has the yearly presciption written out and they just hand them to us. They cram so many patients in a day that it like a herd of cattle

The most caring doctor I have worked with in years. I have had illnesses all of my life from birth and am now 63 yrs young...Have lived in several states and lived in the northern and southern area of CA, NM, OK, TX and now in MO. I never feel like I am taking up her time, she makes sure all my questions are answered, goes through my chart checking on things that I had issues with in the past months and helps as she can when insurance was an issue as well. Her staff have always been wonderful

I was a patient of Dr Moore's for 6+ yrs. I was happy however in the past few yrs service has taken a nose dive!! Staff is RUDE and completely incompetent. But the biggest issue is at every appt being seen by a med student. Instead of having a med student accompany Diane the NP or Dr Moore they simply let them see you for your appt then run back and talk to Diane or Dr Moore where they sit in their office. for your scripts or whatever that you need. I can't tell you how frustrating it is!
