Terrible office!
I'm reviewing on behalf of my husband, who has been a patient of Dr. Leehealey for the past few years. This doctor and office is absolutely terrible. My husband has been without his psoriatic arthritis medication multiple times because this office is so disorganized and terrible with communication. You cannot reach anyone on the phone. You must always leave a voicemail, and they NEVER call back. He has had to go to the office in person just to get them to answer the pharmacy's refill request. He has, again, been without his medication for over two weeks because they will not respond to the pharmacy's refill request. His arthritis is now flaring up and he has no one to help. The doctor does not use My Chart or any electronic messaging system. Her staff is inept and disorganized. He has made an appointment with a new rheumatologist that will hopefully see him next week so he can get back on his medication. Also, she tried to double bill you. He pays his copay at the time of visit, then s

The Worst Doctor...she charges full price for a ten minute Tele-visit, offers Zero Help but has no problem charging$360.00 for her 15 minute appointments.... research other Doctors, she's useless.

Horrible staff. HORRIBLE. Dr. Leehealey was good, but getting to her was tough. I really have to wonder how good she really is if she keeps such incompetent staff on her team. Had to call over and over again to get through to anyone. Had to repeat what I was calling for multiple times; always seemed like they were really distracted. Every time the staff said they would something (call in scripts, make appointments, send blood test referrals, etc.), they dropped the ball 75% of the time. I was referred to a special pharmacy: gave me the wrong number twice. Wa supposed to get the meds within a couple days; per the doc, but the staff couldn’t get it coordinated. Kept telling me to wait for the pharmacy to call; turns out I was supposed to call them (had to look up the number on my own). DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME — FIND SOMEONE ELSE. I’m going to Ceders-Sinai now; night to day difference.

Christine LeeHeeley is the most irresponsible doctor that I have ever seen.FIrst time she interviewed me over Video conference on July 14, 2020. She instructed me to take blood test before her next course of action. I took the blood test on July 16, 20. Till today, August 3, 20, I never heard from her what am I supposed to do? I called her office several times and never been able to leave any messages. Every time it is the machine and I had to leave my name and number. when they call my home, it rings two times and if I don't pick it up by the second ring, they hang up and never, ever left any messages. Such a doctor she is.

If I could leave no stars I would. This is going to be a lengthy post but worth reading if you are considering going to her. I was recently diagnosed with an auto immune disorder and was having troubles finding a rheumatologist. My primary referred me to Dr. Leehealey and said that she was the "best of the best". Unfortunately, I had to wait 3 months to see her because she was booked up which is totally understandable if she really was the best of the best. 3 days prior to my appointment I called to confirm because I hadn't heard anything from their office. No response and no call back after leaving my voicemail. 3 days passed and I arrived to the office for my appointment with my mom. It took Dr. Leehealey 45 minutes to get to my room. I told her all of my symptoms and changes that have happened to me in the last couple of months accompanied by blood results and MRIs that I had gotten done. She said majority of it is because im anxious.. LOL and prescribed a medication that was reduce

I saw this doctor only one time and decided not to go again. The only reason for this was when I saw how dirty her waiting room and the exam room was. Cobwebs on the walls especially in the waiting room and not high up either, very dusty and dirty in the exam room. The doctor was friendly and seemed to know what questions to ask, no complaints there, although hardly any physical exam was done.

I find Dr. Leehealey to be an excellent doctor. She is extremely caring, listens and works to get to the bottom of the problem with my temporal arthritis. She has also worked toward helping me with my osteoporosis. .

I had initially seen Dr. Leehealey in 2011, and after a couple blood tests she referred me on to a neurologist. Then in 2016 after further testing indicated an autoimmune disorder I was required to see her again after my HMO would not approve my referral to a university specialist. She came into my exam room today completely unprepared to discuss test results that she had ordered. She has a limited ability to grasp the seriousness of one's health challenges.

I would NOT recommend Dr. Leehealey or her office. It took 3 months to get in. My visit was short, she ordered blood work and didn't call me back until I had called 3 times and 1 month went by. My insurance paid most of the bill and I was billed my portion. I paid her, with a cancelled check with her name stamped on the back to prove it. I have called her office and her billing department twice, she continues to bill me and is now threatening collections. Poor MD service. INCOMPETENT BILLING

She prescribed a continued steroid for me even though I have advanced osteoporosis which made my bones even weaker. My T-5 collapsed. She was only in her office part -time. She seemed to scattered. Hard to believe since she is a dr. at UCI. I was expecting more.
