She didn't take the time to build trust with my son. Let alone read about his syndrome prior to seeing him. I was truly surprised that she didn't inquire about it especially with how rare it is. How can a physician especially and ENT not look at a patients chart to gain a better understanding or ask questions about it at the time of the appointment. This dr also stated 'Mom thinks so will not do well with scope' in her note to the primary and his chart. I find it unbelievable, and unprofessional that she would be misleading about a parent statement. We are getting a second opnion, as we don't trust her.
