Beware! Dr. Ellie is Not an Advocate
Be assured when booking Dr. Ellie that:- She will not advocate for you when her horrific office team falsely charges you for products they assured were covered (not her problem - she loves the boost on her pay check!)- If she sees you at the point of breakdown because of the extremely rude behavior of the office staff (which Dr. Ellie is also aware of), she'll leave the room to make sure that you know she won't intervene. (She likes that they have a bulldog managers in the office to intimidate and extort vulnerable patients!)- Will pump you full of steriods that other doctor's will call 'irresponsible', which will just exacerbate your issue even further (bonus for Dr. Ellie though! You'll have to pay for another more expensive treatment completely out of pocket!)All this happened to my wife, and it could happen to you. Take special notice in other reviews on other sites, and you'll find that my wife's experience is not so unique.

June 2019, I was walking in a parking lot when my right foot broke the floor and it caved in causing me to fall. One of the areas of my body that was injured is my right foot. I tore ligaments in my first metatarsal and my plantar plate. The pain was constant Sharp/Burning/Pins and needles radiating to my ankle. (even with no movement) The orthopedic suggested I seek a specialist and through research I found Dr. Ellie. Through the entire process Dr. Ellie has been patient and professional. She has explained every level of treatment and was determined to resolve and relieve my pain. Finally, the surgery was approved over a year after the date of accident, I was relieved when Dr. Ellie gave me the news. I just knew she was on top of things and she did a great job. It took months to recover after the surgery and a few more sessions of treatments to break-up the tissue at incision site. 2 years since accident and my foot feels no constant pain. Thank you Dr. Ellie.

I run marathons and was planning on running the upcoming NYC marathon until a few weeks ago when I had too much pain during the run to continue. My ankle was swollen and really painful. I immediately went to CityMD then saw two doctors specialists but the first wanted to do surgery on me. I was not OK with that. Other guy was too fast and I didn’t think he knew what I had wrong with my ankle. I wanted to get back to training. Saw Dr. Ellie for my sports injury twice only! and let’s just say I’m already back on my track for the marathon! Great!

I had a wonderful experience, Dr Ellie helped me with my chronic midfoot issue that was life altering. She is very knowledgable in her field and made me feel more like a family member than a patient. I would recommend Dr Ellie to anyone especially close family and friends!
