Been waiting on medication refills for over a week. Voicemail says they will call you back within 24 hours, that is a total lie, they don't. They sure in the hell don't call in refills and if they need anything from you they won't communicate. DO NOT GO TO THIS DR. And if anyone reading this knows of another good Dr. please tell me!!!!!!!

Dr. Choi is a caring individual, who has always taken time to listen to my concerns, no matter what the concern is. During my appointment she is very attentive and never makes me feel as if she is rushing to finish. She has also called me personally to check on my well being. Office staff has always handled themselves professionally.

We have been going to Dr. Choi for over 2 years now. She DOES pay attention to your needs and what you have to say. Never have a problem with Dr. Choi whatsoever. Now her staff is a different story. Nurse and receptionist are notorious for not returning calls. Leave messages on machine, no return call. Leave messages with receptionist, no return call. Twice have had blood tests misapplied leading to having take tests again. Can't be good without a good supporting cast.

Find someone else! I spent an hour and forty five minutes in the main waiting room before the nurse took me into a room. Once I did actually get to talk to Dr. Choi, she didn’t listen to hardly anything I had to say. I’ve been waiting for a callback from the office for over 24 hours after I’ve had a reaction to the medicine Dr. Choi prescribed. I’ll never go back.

Lousy service. This dr works about 20 hours a week and sits on important results. They dont think your health care is a priority. So many other good doctors. Do yourself a favor and dont see her. Her nurse is lousy too.
