Poorly Run Practice
Dr. Aziz was nice enough, however it is a challenge to be a patient in this practice. My first appointment, which was made several weeks prior, she kept me waiting an hour in the office. On my follow up after labs, which was a telehealth, they again kept me waiting an hour and had technical difficulties. There is no concern on their part for the inconvenience. The final straw is that the group sent me a very dry, and incorrect letter stating they tried several times to reach me for a consult. This was incorrect as they left messages one time with 2 methods. I needless to say will not receive care from AdventHealth as it is concerning when organizations that give drugs in measured doses (math) perceive the number 2 as several. It is sad really.

Better hope you do not have a fever becuase they will not see you only virtually. Better off finding another doctor or going to urgent care and pay for only 1 visit instead of 2. Looks like this office only care about money and not the patients.

Find someone else! She does not see new patients until she has received and reviewed your previous medical records. She will then contact you for an appointment after she approves you. As she "does not want to take on any issues that may not fit within her comfort zone". WOW !

I have not had a Primary in 10 years and finally got around to it. Not too sure what everyone is complaining about. My experience has been smooth. I called five different offices and Dr. Aziz was the one able to see me the soonest. The office is clean and prompt.

Terrible. The secretary told me to go to urgent care because I was no longer a patient. I saw this doctor for 5 years until they told me to get a primary in NJ (we are snow birds) when I could not get my medicines from her 3 years ago. The pandemic kept us in Florida. I am 73 y/o and I have a bad cough. I called Dr Aziz because she is the only doctor that I know in Florida. They told me I am no longer a patient. I would have to start as a new patient. We can not see you today. Sending a 73 year old to urgent care should not be the policy from this doctor. ....no compassion,.... no feeling.... who cares attitude....... Gladly, my doctor in NJ had a phone consultation with me and sent me the meds that I needed. WHAT A DIFFERENCE- I AM FEELING BETTER ALREADY!!!!!!!!

I can barely give even one star for this medical practice. I wanted to change primary care to Dr Aziz and was told I could not make an appt until new paperwork was completed and my records from previous doctor were received and reviewed. Six weeks later I've heard nothing. Previous doctor sent records as requested. I have never heard of this process and have always filled out paperwork on day of first visit. Is there such a thing as medical "profiling"? Weird.

Tried to get a physical done for Nursing School and needed it done within 4 weeks. They had no openings for over a month. Did not even try to help me when I explained my situation. The patient is definitely not the priority in this office.

Dr. Aziz took the time to understand my rather complicated concerns, and to explain my options in enough detail that I could make an informed decision about my health. I don't mind waiting a bit longer to be seen, if I know I'll get the attention I need once I'm with her. She's very professional and absolutely cares about me and my health.

Established patient who has experienced much of what the other reviewers have stated below. It's as though she has no interest in seeing patients/running a successful business. Her staff refuses to schedule patients for routine illnesses that PCP's explicitly treat. She also failed to follow up on test results that were being transferred from another facility, despite having a signed release and specific request by the patient. Also, her (obese) nurse never smiles/has terrible bedside manner.

I suspected my mother (established patient) had pneumonia or bronchitis. I called to schedule an appt but was told they would call me back after consulting with the doctor instead of simply scheduling her. 3 hours later, they said she needed to go to the ER if we suspected pneumonia. We aren't the doctor, she is. Shouldn't she have seen her to rule out bronchitis and then referred to the ER? Very strange that she expected laypeople to make that determination and refused to see her patient.

Forget about this doctor. You have to submit your paperwork and then request all your records sent over. Then they will call you to set an appointment! It took two weeks to get the paperwork by mail in same to I brought the paperwork over personally May 1. I said I want to get an appointment for in the month of May. They said, yes, they can. They called back a week later to set the appointment and the only appointment I could get was June 8! Insane! How do I even know I like the dr? Why all this

You have to pay out of pocket for a first time met and greet with the doctor. This does not count as an annual physical. What a joke of a policy. Go somewhere else as all the other reviews have stated.

I posted a comment on her Facebook ad but it was deleted. My wife tried to get an appointment with Dr. Aziz because we live in Victoria Park and it would be close and convenient. The front office consists of the rudest and probably the most useless staff I have ever witnessed. My wife's former doctor's office faxed her records three times. She finally got so disgusted with them that she called her former doctor and asked to be reinstated. I would never recommend Dr. Aziz! HORRIBLE OFFICE!

I've been seeing Dr. Aziz for almost 2 years now. I noticed during my most recent visit there were a couple of new staff members working there that I had not met before. They were very friendly, seemed experienced and well trained. Although I didn't have any issues with the staff who worked there before, I think the people who are there now are great and compliment Dr. Aziz and her caring nature.
