Horrible experience
I will NEVER go to Dr Ulbrich. Made an appointment, took 7 mths to get in. A month before my appointment I get a Oops message saying they are canceling my appointment due to Dr Ulbrich needing to 'rearrange' her schedule. They wanted me to come another 4 months out. I called and explained this was unacceptable as it took 7 months to be able to get in to see her. They agreed, gave me an January 10th appointment. On the 8th they sent me the new patient paperwork and said to email it to them that day or the next day, which I did. Then, the morning of my appointment Jenny calls to inform me that Dr Ulbrich had canceled my appointment because she didn't have the paperwork in time. Mind you I got the paperwork on the 8th and turned it in on the 9th per Jenny's instructions. I don't know about you, but I do NOT want a doctor who has now canceled on me twice, certainly she has a lack of thoughtfulness or consideration for her patients!
