Dr. Christina Kraus, MD

I took a day off work and drove over 3 hours to see Dr. Kraus because I was in desperate need for her expertise. Due to heavy traffic, I got there just 4 MINUTES LATE despite driving for 70 miles and was refused care. I had to also come off my medication for over 2 weeks, flaring my condition, to get a diagnosis and treatment plan at this appointment. Dr. Kraus did not care. She refused to even speak to me or see me for a quick visit (when we were still within our appointment slot) to provide me an interim treatment plan until I could even get another appointment. After this incident, I asked Dr. Kraus multiple times for what I should do for my treatment. It took weeks and patient advocacy getting involved to get an answer. Dr. Kraus's actions caused me a major delay in getting a diagnosis and treatment for a condition that greatly impacts my daily life. She put a late policy over prioritizing my medical care.

Made an appointment 7 months ago. No confirmation notice from the office. No heads up that they changed the time of my appointment. Had to cancel because my insurance changed and the next available appointment isn't for another year. Don't even bother trying to see her. You will never get in.

Dr. Kraus & staff excellent

After seeing multiple doctors for my symptoms who were unable to diagnose or recognize my condition - this was the first time I felt that a provider truly recognized and understood what my symptoms were and how to treat them.

The Dr & staff were all excellent & very professional. I would recommend them to everybody Thank you!

Dr Kraus and staff are amazing people Dr Kraus is compassionate, knowledgeable and makes you feel like you matter!

Dr. Kraus has wonderful people skills. She listens and explains very well. She is very thorough and took the necessary time with me.

Dr. Christina Kraus is a wonderful dermatologist but it is IMPOSSIBLE to schedule an appointment with her because she is so busy. Her practice should be closed and allow her to continue to serve her ongoing patients.

Dr. Kraus and her staff are very good to deal with. But it took six months to get an appointment. I guess that is a testament to how good she is.

I called the call center who referred me directly to speciality seem staff wh lied and said they followed up they did not which was disappointing because k live the doctor and she counts on staff to schedule nessasary appointments. Finally l called the call center again and let them know there was no follow up and k needed to get in. When people like me have chronic illness and sometimes need to be seen before our scheduled appointment office staff needs to step up and follow through .. many people need jobs maybe these people need to be held accountable
