I have been seeing her over 5 years and as started realizing I wasnt going to get pregnant and just go into menopause, she has become colder in her demeanor and almost unfriendly.

I felt like I was with an AI robot, not once did she smile. She was straight forward, kind of made me feel like my experience did not make sense to her. The facility and rest of the staff were great! I will return to see a different doctor.

I went in as a new patient for an annual exam. Dr. Kong seemed very rushed. She did not take the time to thoroughly listen to concerns I had, she jumped into the exam without telling me ahead of time what she would be doing for each step, and she was very dismissive of a pain issue I was looking to address. I definitely felt a lack of empathy, and it seemed like she was trying to rush through the exam as quickly as possible.

Horrible experience with this doctor for a first-time annual exam. Dr. Kong was cold and robotic and seemed more concerned with proving me wrong when I shared facts about my personal medical history than getting the information needed to treat me as a new patient. The way you treat and relate to your patients is just as important as the knowledge you possess. I recommend getting trained in trauma-informed care.

I went to Dr. Kong for the first time for an annual gyn appointment and she seemed extremely rushed, transactional and unempathetic.The worst part was she didn’t take the time to tell me ahead of time what she was about to do - she started the pelvic exam with no warning, and literally inserted a speculum and started doing a Pap smear without telling me ahead of time, which was a jarring experience. When I told her I was having issues with ongoing pain in a specific area, she repeatedly pressed on the area and then told me that if I was actually in pain, I would be physically reacting more. She was in and out of the room in under 10 minutes, and overall felt very dismissive of concerns I had and seemed to lack empathy. Really seemed like she was just trying to get the appointment done as quickly as possible.

Dr. Kong is a phenomenal doctor! Not only does she have great bedside manner but also listens attentively to my concerns and provided personalized care! Dr. Kong is an exemplary of what healthcare should be.

Dr. Kong is attentive, friendly, and runs on time. She also provides information about the cost of procedures and devices so you can check in advance to see what your insurance covers. I have had to ask for that information with other doctors in the past, whereas she provided me with it before I asked. It's best to book routine appointments a few months in advance because she is understandably in demand!

Dr. Kong was kind and professional. She answered my questions and explained everything in language that was understandable.

Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend to my friends and my family members.

Dr Kong took the time to address my questions and offered up a variety of solutions. I’m very impressed with her knowledge and her patience. She also talks to you woman to woman which makes it easier for me to take her up on her advice since she can relate.

I was seeing a GYN elsewhere before which ignored the symptoms I mentioned, after switching to Dr Kong she listened to my symptoms and took it seriously. Under went a surgery as per her recommendation and thanks to that a problem was discovered and treated early.I will never stop thanking and recommending her to people I know.

I have known Dr. Christina Kong for many years now. She is an excellent OBGYN Dr. She was highly recommended by my former Dr. She is smart, personable, experienced and very knowledgeable. She is a great listener, has patience and takes her time in explaining the procedures to her patients. She follows through on the test results and communicates the information very well. Her staff is excellent. They are very organized and it's very easy to make an appointment and they are always on time. There is no waiting period. I am very happy with Dr. Christina Kong and I would highly recommend her.
