i was very sad to have to move away from Lewisville only because of Dr. Grubbs! she was such a phenomenal OB. i found out i had cancerous cells on my cervix witch i needed to get removed. She took very well care of me even after the surgery. i loved her so much i referred her to my mom who still lives in Lewisville. Thanks you for all you did for me Dr. Grubbs.

Dr. Grubbs was very good on my first few visits until I keep finding out my visits had always been coded to a higher co-pay. If not because the insurance report I would never know they kept my few hundred dollars in their office and not notify me or send me a check for the money they overcharged me. After I learned my 3 lessons there, I started to call the office after my visit. I have spent hours and talk to 2-4 people every time I called just to get a check from the office. I stop going there because this place is just more terrible each time. Can't trust them anymore.

IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR CARE GO ELSEWHERE!! BEWARE!!! It has been a horrible experience for my wife at NT/OBGYN. They are holding hundreds of dollars hostage. They will not refund any money that is held in your account until all your claims clear. They continue to schedule appointments within the typical timeline of a claim to clear so you are kept in a never-ending cycle of them owing you money. I am not a wealthy person and those hundreds of dollars could sincerely help my family. When my wife called into their office today to find the status of our recent claim. She was mocked, talked down to and over, and treated as someone who is of low intelligence when we simply want our money back. That individual was C-h-r-i-s-t-i-n-a H (how she offered her identification). This is separate from a multitude of other problems, but our refund is the last we have to deal with.

Not a good doctor. I've never felt so rushed. I think she had to catch a bus. I'm suppose to go back in a year yeah right.... who can you complain to?

I have had my yearly exams for many years and know the difference between a kind understanding doctor vs NOT. Dr. Grubbs is in the NOT category; she was very bossy and rude. She refused to listen and rushed every step of my exam. She left the top of my wrap open in a cold room when starting the PAP procedure. She was pushy, insistent and refused to listen to my opinion or concerns about my own health or special circumstances. Adding additional emotional stress, rudeness - I will NOT go back

Dr. Grubbs has been my doctor for 3 years, and delivered both of my children (ages 2 years and 5 mos). After my very first appointment with her, I knew that I could never go to anyone else. She is an amazing woman who cares about the health of her patients and their little ones. She's very conpassionate.

After my insurance unexpectedly quit covering my old doctor (Dr. Sbanotto- who is absolutely wonderful) she referred me to her colleague, Dr. Grubbs. I had a major health issue that required surgery so getting switched to a different doctor really made me uncomfortable BUT Dr. Grubbs made me feel comfortable with her and she performed my surgery later that week. She (not her staff) called me on a few different occasions to see how I was recovering as well. I am very happy with Dr. Grubbs.
