Very happy with Dr. Mannino. I am one of those patients who has a certain fear of surgery/procedures. She was very reassuring and spent time explaining everything to me. I see her at the Bulverde office and always on time. It's hard sometimes to find a nice and personable doctor. Dr, Mannino is both personable, caring and knowledgeable and I truly appreciate that!

I was not impressed with Dr. Mannino or the rest of the staff at Stone Oak Gastroenterology. I completed a new patient intake appointment for a routine colonoscopy. The appointment was rushed, resulting in multiple errors in the intake record. Dr. Mannino did not take much time with me to explain the procedure, and the directions she provided did not match the handout provided. While in the office, I overheard the receptionist handle a late arriving patient without care or empathy. The office billed my insurance twice the allowed amount for a new patient intake. I opted not to continue with this medical group. I'll research an find another.

Dr. Mannino not only provided excellent care, but she was also very caring. I felt comfortable discussing even a very embarrassing medical condition. I would certainly use her again in the future, and will recommend her to my friends and family.
