What an EXCELLENT doctor. Friendly, kind, thorough and exceptional experience.

10/23/2023': I know that Doctor Ward is a great doctor because he was my Father's doctor and is my Brother's doctor. However, I over time I left three messages and sent two written letters to Dr. Ward marked 'Personal and Confidential' to try and get him for my PCP as my doctor, who was in Dr. Ward's same physical new office, retired. While the staff said he got the messages and letters, my Brother upon his visit confirmed with that Dr. Ward that he never received anything and that he would absolutely take me as a new patient. While all online indications are that he accepting patients, his staff say's that he is not. All I want is to get Dr. Ward as my PCP, but this is seeming impossible. Very frustrated!!

He has made so many errors including not keeping cardiology properly updated one vital cardiac issues. Zero trust.

He is the first doctor I have had in a long time that actually examined me instead of typing on that computer.....barely talking to me....like all the others. Plus he has personality....unlike the others I have had at HHC

I have always felt comfortable with him. He listens and is thorough in his care.

He is warm, caring, bright. Knowledgeable. Very attentive to the needs of the patient.

I used to see Maud Ward but started seeing Christian when he joined the practice. He has been wonderful. He is relaxed, never in a rush, listens, and is great on follow up. This practice cares about their patients.

I was extremely comfortable during my first visit . After being welcomed by a friendly front office staff, I met with an extremely attentive , well communicating and an impressive attention to detailes preffesinal.

Dr Ward is amazing MD he cares about his patients beyond a standard level. He’s kind, compassionate and intelligent and has a wonderful sense of humor.

I was nervous about going to a new PRIMARY care physician , but , Dr Christian Ward put me at ease, was thorough and knowledgable, and, above all, kind!!! The staff is sweet, I'm very happy with my decision on a new Primary Dr!

Dr. Ward is very professional. He is empathetic, knowledgeable, and courteous. Receptionists are polite and it's very easy to make appointments.

As a female I was a bit apprehensive about seeing a male physician. I have been going to this practice for years and seeing a female physician, but she was unavailable so I saw Dr. Christian Ward and I was pleasantly surprised and have continued to see him on repeat visits to the practice. Dr. Ward is caring, compassionate and really takes the time with his patients. I am so glad that I agreed to let him treat me and will continue to entrust him with mine and my family's medical needs.

Brand new and is terrible! Crooked dr. he isn't in the business of helping people - he is in the business of ripping people off! Amazing how he managed to turn a free physical into a bill! Didn't draw blood didn't take urine and charged me for a referral I didn't request.
