Dr. Ricks is an excellent surgeon he helped me get relief from my back surgery. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Ricks and his team are Great.

Dr. Ricks performed a decompression and a TOPS lumbar arthroscopy on me. I had two prior appointments with him prior to being scheduled for surgery. I found him to be a great listener and he addressed all of my questions and presented treatment for my diagnosis. Follow up appointment after surgery was informative and Dr Ricks was genuinely engaged in my home healing and success of my treatment for my back issues. All pain is gone with no post surgery issues. Dr Ricks is a very talented surgeon who keeps his patients best surgical outcomes a priority and overall is just a very nice person. I highly recommend this kind and professional surgeon.

I have a appointment for 9:45 am back surgery. After I called at 11:45, they told he was finishing up. At 14:45 I stared pulling IV, monitoring wiring ect. At 15:30 Dr. Ricks came to my room and wanted to know why I was not ready for him. We had a brief one way conversation. I let them hook me back up and do the surgery.

Dr. Ricks implanted a spinal cage and the enormous pain I was in disappeared. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr Ricks. His bedside manners are great. He explains how he is going to treat you and does what he says in simple terms that you can understand. He is the best Doctor you could ever ask for.
