Dr. Christian Loetscher, DDS

I would not recommend patronizing this business. Their billing and insurance claim procedures are very misleading. Leading up to the day of my procedure, I was never informed what the procedure would cost. On the day of, I provided my insurance information to the receptionist who told me, 'I was covered and to have a seat in the waiting room.' She would later deny having told me this, but if she did not say this to me, my next logical question would have been how much is this costing me today? Instead, they waited until after the procedure was done and I was recovering from anesthesia to hand my wife a bill for $7000.00 to extract one tooth and told her that it had to be paid in full today. They would then submit my claim to my insurance company and I was responsible for following up. To no surprise, my insurance barely covered 10% of the cost.I was very surprised by this bill and certainly not prepared to pay it that morning. Dr Loetscher was kind, knowledgeable, gave advice, created a plan and followed through in an efficient manner. His staff was very empathetic and professional. Good experience for my situation ie..several extractions and implants.

Dr. Loetscher was a wonderful oral surgeon. His medical billing staff does not get the same reviews. They do not understand basic billing concepts. I have had to spend over 13 hours on the phone with insurance companies and their office to unravel the mess the biller made. Unfortunately, it delayed the refund of the 25% mandatory deposit I had to pay up front. The insurance company contacted their office 3 times just to get clarification of what teeth were extracted. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!

Dr. Loetscher and His staff, took me in immediately for my emergency, tooth extraction, I have MVP and allergic to a lot of meds. He and his staff eval my case. Here I was infected and in pain tooth #31. They only have the most experienced staff of RN, BSN, CDA, and Anesthesiologist and excellent oral surgeon, Dr. Loetscher. My extraction was painless, and my recovery went very well. I was nervous when I went in but before being put under I was at ease of everyone around me. So professional!

Awesome experience getting my wisdom teeth removed. The staff walked me through every step with kindness and patience. Lauren was great helping with my scheduling and finance questions.

Dr. Loetscher is the only doctor I would trust for something as important as my teeth. His staff is wonderful and very detail orientated. They took time to follow up after my procedure and answer all my questions. At one point his office manager took extra time to talk with me to make sure I was comfortable with the entire process.
