Dr. Belliard seems to rush through an appointment before you feel you have address all your concerns. As you are explaining what is wrong, he may not respond or elaborate on anything you're saying. I don't trust him. Especially after getting multiple medications for the same thing without being taken off others which after getting a second opinion, was told to stop taking these meds. I would no recommend this doctor.

His office is located now in Hackensack, New Jersey. I went there for primary care and he keeps gearing the subject to obgyn stuff. Then, I told him my presenting problems which is a hernia, lumps in my back and white tounge and he told me nothing is wrong. I am going to another Doctor asap before things get worst. Seems to not like to do any work. I'm not sure if he is doing this on purpose. Oh yea and you can only schedule once a year unless you push the issue!

I am a physician who was his patient. Dr. Belliard has an extremely poor knowledge of pathophysoiology. He suggested a muscle relaxer for my condition which involved muscle paralysis. He told me that he knew the right thing to prescribe, but he wouldn't do it because of concerns about his medical license! Whether you are Latino or not - Do not walk, Run away from this practitioner.

The scheduling of the appointments are outrageous. You wait there for 20 hours for a 10 minute appt.
