After being my Primary care Doctor for approximately @5 years, I receive a letter from her telling me after 30 day she would no longer provide my care and to seek another primary care doctor. I never received official communication from her office or from her as to the reason, however someone in her office said I had cancelled missed or was late to 5 appointments in 15 years. I can not believe this is the reason, however it was all I was told. Her decision was not only heartbreaking but caused major stress and anxiety to a patient she was treating for depression.

Dr. Witherspoon is always very professional, competent and kind. A top notch doctor in every respect. I have had more occasion than normal to visit the clinic in the past six months., and have noticed a decline in the overall quality of customer service. For example, I twice had to wait to check out at the end of my appointment which had never happened before--and there were no chairs available to allow a comfortable spot to wait. There was too long a wait to have blood drawn and other issues
