She is very nice, not as professional as others docs we've seen but probably bc she is used to working with pediatric patients.

I enjoy working with Dr Keefe. She and her staff are always one call away. Whenever I have any questions, or concerns about my daughters care I always get a quick response from the Dr Keefe office right away. That means a lot to me and I appreciate the person centered she provides.

Waited 25 minutes after our appointment time then I left without being seen. Nobody was around to ask when the doctor would be in and nobody followed up with me about leaving.

She was very knowledgeable about our daughters condition. Always checked with us to make sure our daughter and us knew what was talked about. Open to our questions. Medications and equipment available the same day in the office was great.

Felt like the patient's chart and messages were not reviewed prior to coming into the room. There was a lack of direction for the appointment, not a lot of answers to questions and an overall feeling of fatigue from the doctor.

She does a good job medical wise but she often has a very condescending tone and doesn't seem to understand what it's actually like to live with type 1 diabetes. She's very judge mental about amount of carbs eaten and my child often feels bad about themself after we leave.
