Dr. Gredlein attended to my problem very efficiently and the outcome was good. She has a nice personality and manner, but her time in the room with me was so brief that the appointments felt quite rushed.

With COVID environment, surprised no temperature check-in done. And no blood pressure and weight readings. Staff was on top of charging for night splint but had no exercise sheets for exercises doctor recommended. Doctor has not responded to my portal messages sent within past week. Practice's policy is doctor is to respond to patient portal messages within 36-hours.

First time seeing a podiatrist. Diagnosis was fast. Resolution - foot exercises for heel; and night guard. Asked for diagrams visually describing exercises; none were done and therefore unavailable. Concerned about unconfirmed insurance co-pay cited by staff for night guard. Sent message about night guard on medical practice website to podiatrist; four days have passed with no response provided by the podiatrist.

First time visit. Dr. Gredlein was congenial, dealt directly and effectively with my issues, and offered advice as to how to treat a problem I had not noticed. I now have a podiatrist I can count on as part of the “team” helping me handle my Type II diabetes. I’ll be back!

Dr. G. is wonderful in many ways. She is mindful of the patients needs and she is willing to consider their concerns when making decisions. I met her through the wound care center where she was my dad's doc and she was wonderful with him. When I found out I needed a podiatrist I called and she took me immediately, She has been my doc four the past few years and she now sees my husband as well as anyone I refer. She is great!!!.
