Mastectamy
I met with Dr. Abraham after a biopsy revealed breast cancer. Dr. Abraham was very assuring, calming and careful in her description of the surgical process. She provided alternatives and a recommendation. Most importantly, she provided her cell phone number and when I texted, she responded quickly. She did the surgery and has been terrific in follow up and accessibility.

Dr. Abraham is WONDERFUL in every way.
Dr. Abraham was/is positively AMAZING. She is an excellent surgeon, smart/informed, communicative, explains everything. She is wonderful medically/clinically, but also so very compassionate and so caring and so dedicated. She goes way above and beyond. This is a hard time (for anyone hearing they have breast cancer), but I count my blessings again and again that I was/am fortunate enough to have Dr. Abraham as my surgeon. She is an amazing person/doctor/surgeon! I cannot say enough! I am so very thankful.

A profound doctor with a very kind heart
Dr. Abraham touched me with her professionalism, kindness and genuine care. She would reply to my text messages after work - I don't normally do that. However, when I did, she would reply. One day, I had an emergency and texted her in the evening. She managed to get me in the very next day and saw me at 11:45am despite she was scheduled to leave the office by noon to catch a flight. I trust her judgement and have absolutely nothing but good things to say about her. I consider myself very fortunate to be her patient.

I saw Dr Abraham to schedule a prophylactic mastectomy. After months of back and forth she made the decision to cancel my surgery two weeks before the date. During this time the hospital was scheduling surgeries on a weekly basis, Dr Abraham decided she was not willing to risk having a day off if they did not accept my surgery. More than once the office staff referred to my surgery as an elective surgery and told me their patients with active cancer were current priority. As I agree cancer patients deserve priority, I do not agree with making other patients feel as though their efforts to PREVENT cancer do not deserve their attention also. I have found a new surgeon and am very happy that I made the decision to leave this office.

We chose Dr. Abraham for her training and competence. She takes the time to explain medical conditions and procedures, and in so doing many fears and uncertainties are made more bearable. I have had three surgeries with her and each has gone well.
