He was training with dr smith in Owensboro when he had to do my c section because she was out of town. Years later I have tons of scar tissue it’s like a third grader closed that incision.

Dr Toler is incompetent and could not care less about his patients. He barely even steps in the room during your visit. i would NOT recommend this ignorant man to anyone!! He said a joke!
