Absolutely the worst experience
He treated me with complete disrespect from the very first appointment. Did not listen to any of the things I was concerned with, spoke down to me in a very condescending tone. I canceled my surgery with him and refuse to go back to this clinic or anywhere he is employed at.

Please this is not Dr. Goodnight
I was visiting from Houston and ended up with a much not needed ear infection! My father in law (Dr. Davis, over 40 years at Hendricks Abilene) had referred me to Dr. Goodnight in the past. He always said such kind thoughts- told us to leave Houston! Unfortunately, our Dad passed away and that was why we are in town. I tried to get to our doc but we were referred to Dr. Thompson. I have never in my 30 years of practice been treated so poorly. I am 100% sure he did not know I was the acclaimed Dr. Bill Davis, Hendricks acclaimed pediatric and adult urologist. But he treated me so poorly. I have such a high pain tolerance that it was embarrassing I was hurting so much. But he showed no empathy, and just commented on my connections with other doctors. I have never been in this much pain and I was so homesick to wish I had my normal doctors and friends to help me. This Dr. Thompson writes on his bio his exact Church of Christ Church he worships… I am the daughter of Dr. Davis and this ma….

I was scheduled thru TriWest (branch of the VA medical system) for an appointment. After waiting at last 3 weeks, this office cancelled the entire affair, claiming “Dr Thompson no longer takes TriWest or VA patients.” A little more notice would have been proper. Now my entire situation is set back at a minimum 3 months.

Dr. Thompson spent all of five minutes with me before seeing me out -- I was disappointed in my visit and will not be going back.

I had sinus surgery and a sinuplasty previously with another Dr. and different type of procedure. The care I received with my surgery from Dr. Thompson was beyond any I have ever experienced. I have had a lot of surgeries in my life but never one that went as smoothly and pain free. I said that this is a surgery I could do every week if I had to!! I want to say Thank You for such great care and making my experience a great one. I would HIGHLY recommend this Dr. and the balloon septoplasty.

I made an appointment with Dr. Thompson to learn what kind of advances had been made available since my last surgery 25+ years ago. He scheduled the appropriate tests promptly to get a better understanding of my hearing health. He gave me a complete overview of each of my options to improve my hearing and answered every question as well as listened to all of my concerns. I elected to have surgery and he had the best bedside manner. So happy with the service and care I received.
