Dr. Chitra Rajpal, MD

My wife was a new patient with her follow up today. They confirmed the appointment yesterday so she drove to the appointment with a tropical storm looming (just wind and rain) but the “dr” didn’t show… appointment was at 9:15 and the staff said maybe 11 before she arrives. I happen to know that they live 15 minutes away. No excuse. We would have been charged…. Not to mention they charged my wife before mentioning the dr wouldn’t be there anytime soon

I have worked in the medical field for over 25 years and have never met such a rude, disrespectful, uncaring doctor. I tried for over a week to refill my blood pressure meds that she originally prescribed. Office never returned calls or answer phone. Almost had to go to ER but paid out of pocket at a walk in clinic to get my bp meds. Her attitude, nasty remarks, leads me to believe that she could careless about the pts well-being! This doctor is a disgrace to all other doctors, you instantly feel that she is angry and doesn’t like you the moment you meet her. I’m contacting my insurance company that assigned me to her as my pcp and voicing my complaints.

Dr. Chitra Rajpal is the most unorganized doctor we have came across in our entire tme in USA (over 13 years). She should learn to respect other people's time. Doctor's office give the same excuse all the time that the Doctor has family emergency. I wish we could grade her service below Zero.

Dr. Rajpal was my Dr. but Not anymore! She doesn't listen to the patient...didn't even look at me, when I spoke!! Very poor side manners!! Too bad, since I came to her with high hopes, given that she is a woman...I thought I would get better care! What a mistake!! :(

I Love Ruby shes friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Has the perfect balance of Professionalism as well as Personalism. A smile,genuineness,and patience for a person goes a long way expressionally when you have no idea of what their trials are. And as far as the doctor love her already. Extremely personable even though you're the patient and she's the doctor she listens to you and you can tell she's not just listening she hears . THANK YOU for caring about me and my health.

Quack in the box doctor who over prescribes diet pills. Not very professional to continue giving prescriptions when they can’t be filled anymore because BMI is to low.

if i could give them a 0 star i would! this is a horrible physician and horrible staff! they have yet to help me with my medical problems and push me aside! now I've been denied medical treatment because they failed to turn in proper paperwork ! and when I call, there extremely rude

Faxed back blank forms to my insurance so they wouldn't cover my prescription. When I called to have them fix it they were rude and wouldn't accept that they had done anything wrong. The issue was never corrected and they refused to help.

I love her as my DR. She takes the time to listen and takes your health very serious. Most offices just push you through and don't care to listen.

Amazing Doctor. I would recommend this doctor to everyone. She takes the time in acknowledging your health problems. The staff is great! Thank you Dr. Rajpal for helping me!
