Dr. Chinonso Asinugo, MD

We have seen this doctor twice now and both times it's been a very good experience. She took time to answer all of my questions, she was patient, and so sweet with my kids. We got the answers we needed with a quick turn around to get meds filled. I was able to get them into be seen in a very quick time frame instead of having to go to urgent care.

Our son has Tourette's syndrome. We have seen Dr. Asinugo since he was diagnosed with that in 2023. Today was the third time that we have reminded her of the diagnosis. She is impatient with him and asked my wife if he is in special needs classes while he was sitting right there. Our son is almost 6 and very curious. He was sitting on the paper on the table bed in the office and moving around on that. She said that he was giving her a headache. She has said many off the wall comments like this since the first time we saw her in early 2023. Because our son in hyper active from his Tourette's; this has only caused us more anxiety. We have now switched both of our kids to a different doctor. I am concerned by how she has treated us as she is a doctor that works with kids, but does not seem to have patience. We want to protect our kids from that kind of treatment, so it became evident that we needed to switch doctors.
