Dr. Chi is an experienced and thorough physician. I would not trust another pediatrician in this area with my daughters care. He is excellent.

We were patients of Dr. Chi until we moved out. We overlooked the lack of professionalism by his receptionist because of Dr. Chi’s medical knowledge. Three years later we received a collections notice for an outstanding balance. I was informed by his receptionist she could not obtain any details of the charge. I requested to talk to Dr. Chi & was informed he does not discuss bills. Suddenly she gave me the date of service and reason for the visit. She was rude and attempted to be deceptive.

I would give this office 0 stars if I could. The front desk is rude and inpatient. They won't work with you in scheduling appointments especially if their is a "gap" in their day. If you are looking for a doctor that will be available when you need them, this is DEFINITELY not the place to go. Absolutely horrible experience!!

He is simply the best!! 3 kids and nothing but great things to say about Dr. Chi. We have been going to him for 16 yrs since each child was born. He has so much experience behind him as a doctor. Simply the best!!!!!
