Dealing with the staff is the worst experience ever. Ekara, I think is the office Mgr. Has lied to me on numerous occasions. I was told by Dr that I needed An injectable medicine for my diabetes control. They sent Rx but it was denied by my insurance because there wasn't proper information with the prescription. I notified doctors office two months ago and I've still haven't been able to get it. I called and spoke to Ekara again and she told me that it was approved. I called my pharmacist. They probably told me that it has not been approved yet. I then called the insurance company and they confirmed it saying that they have never received the information from the doctor for prior authorization, I called and spoke to Ekiara again for about 30 minutes. She got on the phone with the insurance company told me to give her 48 hours I gave her a week. I called the insurance company back. They said they never received any information from the doctors office this doctor while he may be good. His staff does not do him any favors. They do not care about his patients. They lie the nurse. Dawn has an attitude problem. She also lies. She also told me that she put the information on last year as well, but the insurance company confirmed that it never went through them. I would not use this doctor if I had two limbs cut off and I lived next-door. My suggestion is if I could give them zero stars I would, but you have to give them one star so it comes with this disclaimer.

I wish I could give this office 0 stars. My review is coming from a medical office stand pointe and I have been in the medical field for 15 years so never in my life have I experienced such a horribly run, unprofessional, lacks any type of office knowledge, and rude office. I'm sure the doctor is nice but he needs to hire a new office manger and staff. I would highly stay clear of this office! Unless you want the unprofessional manager to curse at you and your insurance company.

Worst customer service. I met the doctor after 1 hour of My appointment. Front office assistant was worst asking me can I see another doctor after 1 hour waiting. People coming after me were kept going inside and seeing the doctor. Worst never recommend anyone here. Please avoid using this doctor.

Dr. Chandrasekaran is a very professional and caring Dr.; My family has been in his care for over 20 yrs. His diagnostic skills are excellent; This Dr. listens and respects all of his patients 100% of the time. The office staff is also very professional and kind to all the patients in the Dr's care.
