The practical took care of my knee injections. When I left I wish she had applied a pressure bandage. There was blood running down my leg.

Dr. Durgin is very professional. Explains upcoming knee surgery thoroughly. Don’t like Toby response call.

Dr. Durgin is an excellent doctor and surgeon. However, the staff response to questions is woefully lacking. They just started using the 'Toby' response system and 'Toby' says the staff will get back to you 'today or end of next day'. Expect to wait and wait and wait for a call back. If Dr. Durgin weren't such a professional I would try to look elsewhere.

Dr. Durgin is very easy to communicate eith. His explanations regarding my surgery were spot on.

My mother is 84 years and this will be her 2nd knee surgery. She met with Dr. Durgin and his staff yesterday. We were very pleased with how he showed care for my mother getting the much needed surgery and looking ahead to the physical therapy that will follow. He covered everything and gave us information so we can planned ahead while at the same time carefully reminding my 84 year old mother the importance of therapy and the support of family. Thank you Dr. Durgin and staff !!

Everything went well, the entire process was organized and relaxing. Next thing I know I’m on my way home. My recovery is found extremely well only 3 weeks out

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Durgin and his team at the TOC. My appointment was at 8:00 AM, and I arrived early at 7:45 to fill out paperwork. By 8:02, I was already getting X-rays of my knee! By 8:15, I was in an exam room, where the nurse was kind and professional. A few minutes later, PA Trisha Clark came in to discuss my knee. She explained what could be wrong, how to care for it now, and what to expect in the coming weeks. They gave me a knee injection, which surprisingly didn’t hurt at all. By 8:45, I was back in my car, heading home. The whole process was fast, efficient, and stress-free. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and I felt well taken care of. I’m looking forward to returning for my MRI. Highly recommend Dr. Durgin and his team!

Dr. Durgin can be very busy most any day, but when he sees you for your appointment, he focuses on listening to your descriptions of your pain and answers you fully. I always felt better when leaving that he understood what was happening to create my pain and what near and longer term steps would look like. He has replaced one knee in early 2023 and that feels great!

One year follow up. They scheduled which made it easy. All staff and Dr. Durgin are easy to communicate with, thorough and professional.

I did have to wait a bit before seeing him, but he and his staff are very attentive and comprehensive in their evaluations. Dr. Durgin took his time answering each one of my concerns and did not rush me along. Looking forward to a great doctor patient relationship!

Dr Durgin and staff listen. Rare these days. Dr. Is not a blur but takes time. Yes I had to wait a while yesterday but otherwise appts have been on time. Nurse who applied IV left no bruise! Just a dot that was gone in a day. Bravo! Knee doing well. Can’t say I’m looking forward exactly to other one but I approach with much less apprehension and uncertainty. Have 100% confidence.

2nd time knee replacement due to a recall on prior knee replacement. Dr. Durgin repaired all damage from a prior replacement and put in a new knee. Great job!! Getting better every day!
