Dr. Rich is a nice person. She has a wonderful "bedside" manor. She talks to you on a level you can understand.

Dr rich just rushed in room and out. I’m not very happy with her.she never calls u back on test results.I don’t think she cares about her patients at all.If you ask her a question she will smart off to you

Personable and polite, but not thorough in her exam process. Example: Had back pain & heart palpitations. She didn’t listen to my heart, nor palpate my back for tenderness. Never even touched me. A wasted visit. Called to have a referral sent to s specialist. Her office said she doesn’t return calls because she see patients all day. Explained I am a her patient and need a specialist referral. No response. :(

She is very personable and warm. Just enjoy being seen by her it's not a dread to have an appointment. Having been raised in a military family and married military we've seen numerous doctors and have had way more bad experiences than good in terms of doctor's. Having been around, she's a gem. Grateful for her care and tender concern.
