Doesn’t listen and condescending
Cheryl did not listen and was rude when I tried to explain what was going on. She didn’t have a solution and was condescending on top of that.

Don't go here
This is definitely not the place to go if you have a chronic, and or rare condition. I doubt Ms. Jacobs bothered to read a 5 minute article on my immune condition. She assumes a clear cat scan on my sinuses taken months ago, indicates that I don't have a sinus or ear infection now. It doesn't matter to her that I every symptom of a ear infection. She didn't bother to check for anything else either. She actually said to me "what do you want me to do?" I said Your job."

Dictates solution without listening. For diabetics she doesn’t form a pattern shop with patients and doesn’t give a patient one than one test strip to monitor glucose levels Her choice is to allow Ha1c to highest level and show no concern for diabetic retinopathy. She tells you to watch a movie about how being a vegan would cure all disease and save the environment instead facing the issues of heart problems from high Ha1c

I've gone to Dr Jacobs for 2 years. She's excellent! Everything you want in an IM - caring, communicates well, good listener & bedside manner, very thorough & professional. Her nurse, Anne is the sweetest & takes such good care of all we patients. You can't go wrong with this medical clinic!

I love the philosophy behind Iora, my health coach, and Dr Jacobs. They seem quite concerned about my health, are collaborative and responsive to my questions and concerns, followup quickly... My only issue is that sometimes they don't seem to have a very good working knowledge about area specialists.
