Dr. Basden is professional, pleasant, caring, trustworthy, very thorough in her explanations and encouragement. I have been seeing her since 3-23-18 and cannot say enough good things about her. She is THE BEST!

In the beginning of the treatment, she asked me,"do you understand English?" before I even talk. I understand she might have some previous Asian patients who do not speak English. and Kaiser permanente offers the interpreter service. But I feel so offended that she would assume I do not speak English based on how I look. I am not sure if she would ask the same question to patients who look like "typical" American. I hope she could at least give patient one second to open their mouth and talk before asking such question.

I would recommend Dr. Cheryl Basden to others because she is attentive, thorough, and comprehensible. ?She is easy to talk with and considers my emotional and physical comfort in choosing my care methodologies, yet ultimately provides medical care that SHE KNOWS will optimize my health and safety. I loved and highly valued Dr. Basden?s professionalism and remarkable patience from my first visit when she respectfully explained my health status to me like no other doctor ever had.

She is very easy to talk to and listens very carefully as she proceeds with her exam. I felt she was very thorough and skilled in the process of diagnosing and prescribing treatment. She was comforting and very pleasant as well. I'm very happy that I am one of her patients.
