Dr. Cheryl B Neal, DO

I would not under any circumstances recommend Dr. Neal. She interacted with our family, just once, to advise us on making the most difficult decision of our lives and shift our family member to comfort care. She reassured us that given the circumstances, palliative care would allow for my Aunt to be given extra attention, physically and emotionally, as well as provide assistance and guidance to my family as we navigated through my Aunt’s last days. After this dreaded call, Dr. Neal was nowhere to be found again. After multiple calls, texts and voicemails, nothing. She never responded once. That anyone could be so dismissive about a life and death matter - who is supposedly an expert in palliative care - is unfathomable and despicable. After the transition to “comfort care” was made, my Aunt and family were abandoned. We were left to navigate a heart wrenching time, completely alone. We never heard from Dr. Neal or anyone in her team again. Do not trust your loved one to this dr.
