Disappointing experience with a doctor who was quick to rush me off the phone and complete lack of empathy. Stated I needed to see primary and couldn’t help still charged me on MDLive instead of canceling the appointment.

Telehealth
My appointment was confirmed 15 minutes before the call but then Dr. Sandrow canceled it via wmail 4 minutes after it was supposed to begin without warning, explanation, or reason given. I wasted my time.

The rumors are true....
Waited half an hour for my appointment today, after taking time off work, and Dr. Sandrow never showed up, no explanation, nothing. Avoid unless you like wasting your time.

Cancelled Call
I received an email notification three minutes after my appointment was scheduled to begin with no explanation. If you are going to schedule calls, you should not be cancelling them after they are already scheduled to begin.

She cancelled my appointment via MD live after I had already waited for her call. I literally just wanted antibiotics for my ear infection it could have been a 30 second call. And why not notify me sooner so that I could have booked a more competent doctor.

Seen her a few times during 1.5 yrs. She seemed very distracted at each visit. As I was talking/explaining my issues/concerns I felt like she was just waiting to talk instead of listening. Would not reccomend.

Dr. Sandrow is the best OB GYN I had. I had a very good experience in the delivery room. She is very knowledgable and very professional. She is also a caring pediatrician and family doctor. Listens carefully and tries to find a treatment that is unique to each individual. I would highly reccomend to anyone.

Absolutely horrific experience. Not only was Cherisa Sandrow extremely judge mental but also condescending and very physically rough with my newborn. She criticized and displayed passive aggressive tendencies toward other providers we enjoyed and referenced to her when her advice was directly contrary to theirs. She was pompous in her overall attitude and seemed under experienced in general. By far the worst Dr. I have ever come across.
