First time visit and was very disappointed with my initial consultation with Dr. Inglis. Came across very cold and uncaring. I don't go to the doctor often and don't have many health issues, so when I do go to the doctor it is necessary. Perhaps she was listening to me, I really don't know as she didn't face me for the first 5-10 minutes....looking at the computer screen and not me. I will return to the practice but not to Dr. Inglis.
