Dr Franklin is always attentive and very through. She takes the time to listen to me and she explains things so that I can understand. She finds and treat my real problems and not just the symptoms. She approaches my health with a wholistic approach... mind body, and soul. She is very knowledgeable in old school medicines and new school technologies and if she can’t help you where it’s needed she won’t hesitate to refer you to a specialist. She is so great I referred my mom to her for diabetes m

I have been with M.U.S.C. since 1969 .I really love the way they do take care of me .Also i met Dr.Cherri when she was fresh out of med school .She was with red team and blue team back then.She went into her own private building back then at 30 bee street. I ended up with her as my primary care doctor and she was such a humble and very good doctor as she proceed to become a household name .

So glad to have found Dr. Franklin. She's pleasant, attentive, thorough, and I like her personally. She takes her time, clearly explains her treatment plan, listens to my concerns and answers any questions I may have. I feel like she truly cares about me. Her staff is wonderful as well - very friendly and warm. Scheduling is no problem, and wait time is minimal. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Franklin is one of the top physician in Charleston. Her confidentiality, wisdom, professionalism and personal care is well beyond what is expected from a physician. I've recommended several individuals including my son because of her top quality medical care. Her diagnoses are always spot on. As she knows I don't like to take much medicine, she also provide other holistic approach that usually helps. When I relocated to Florida I would return back to Charleston just to see her. Ms. Hay

I have had wonderful Dr.s in Charleston, but this experience was by far the worst. She was not nice and extremely condescending. She did not listen to what I was saying. She negated everything I said. She was the first caregiver I have ever gone to who simply did not care about me. The woman at the front desk was absolutely fantastic. I have never gone up to a reception area where someone welcomed me by my name. Her assistant was also great - VERY attentive and nice!
