Very nice doctor, HORRIBLE STAFF
Dr. Mao himself is very caring, funny and nice. He made my appt very pleasant and I would see him again. As for his staff, HORRIBLE. They are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. I kept calling trying to ask a simple question about my last appt, I kept getting hung up on, could not even finish talking they would just hang up on me, kept getting told I would get a call back never did. (Not the first time) It is very unfortunate that a good doctor like this has such a bad staff because that is the only reason why I will not be going here anymore. What is the point if I can not even get in touch with my primary doctors office? Working in a doctors office myself we would NEVER be allowed to treat patients the way this staff treats you. SO miserable

Outstanding. Brilliant gifted doctor.
I have seen Dr. Mao for 22 years. He is the best doctor in the world . Brilliant, compassionate, kind. Dr. Mao made housecalls for 3 years to care for my beloved mother who passed away four months ago. Age 94. Three falls in 4 years. No Doctor makes housecalls. Mom was his patient. He was the only doctor she liked. Her late brother was a doctor. A urologist. I am a Type I diabetic. He visited me in the hospital every day. I got it age 52. Latent Autoimmune Diabetes in Adults. . 17 years ago. I am age 69. He treats me with respect and is the best doctor I ever went to. See him. You will get the best healthcare. He is the most brilliant Dr. I know. Blessings, Dr. Donna M. Saykanic Retired educator. Post doctoral work in Special Education and Psychology. Published author.
