Extremely disappointed
His office staff were cordial and helpful! Dr Woo, on the other hand, was a waste of time and very condescending. He didn’t evaluate my mental acuity which was the purpose of my visit!

Extremely rude.
Overall rude and arrogant. He had me so upset. I couldn’t find my words to give a history of my symptoms.

Dr. Not Interested in Patient Input
I came to Dr. Wu complaining of a constant headache for the past 30 days, which was accompanied by other symptoms I tried to share. Dr. Wu was not interested in anything other than when the headache started and how it came on. The neurological exam he performed was thorough and results were normal. With that, his diagnosis was rebound headaches from taking Ibuprofen. I explained I was not taking more than 3 gel caps per day and that I had never taken any headache medication prior to this pain so I really didn't understand how he had come to that conclusion. Regardless, I was sent on my way with a prescription and told to come back in January. I knew this wasn't right. Long story short, I temporarily lost vision in my right eye and ultimately ended up at UT SW Medical with a diagnosis of Temporal Arteritis. I guess I'm grateful for Dr. Wu's very incorrect diagnosis as it led me to further pursue this. Dr. Wu does not listen and I do not recommend him. Staff was great.
