Dr Marty has been my dermatologist for at least 10 years however my latest call to make an appointment was disappointing to say the least. First, their phone system is not working correctly - when you press #1 to make an appointment their system prompt says it's not a valid entry. Secondly, the receptionist who answered the phone could have cared less about it and speaks as if she is talking to a 3rd grader. Thirdly, I called in beginning of August and the "first available appointment" was In October. I'm not a new patient. Not sure why 2 months is appropriate when a patient has an issue, on their face - especially a potentially cancerous lesion. Really poor "customer service".

I really like Dr Marty. However, trying to get to see her is another story. I can never reach a "person" when I call. I wait for approx 3 minutes and am then told to leave a message. On-line contact is not better. I'm going to have to find another doctor with a more responsive staff.
