My visits over the last couple of years with Dr Palmer have been enlightening and helpful towards discovering any diseases I may have and going deeper into resolving themHer caring, thoughtful decisions with my input, have led to many discoveries that I needed to know about and hadn’t found out from other doctorsHer treatments plans for me have been because of caring discussions between me and her to decide the best course in which to proceedShe has listened better than any doctor I have ever been to, and she has become more aware of the medical issues I have through speaking with me and reviewing all of my medical testingI would highly recommend her to any patient who wants to dig further into their health and understand better what they have as options

Dr. Palmer is an amazing physician. She takes time with you, she answers questions, she is willing to go the extra mile, and she cares for her patients. She is also amazingly responsive on the portal and will do anything she can to care for her patients. I cannot believe people are posting negative reviews about this amazing physician. She is also hands on with hospital patients and residents because she is constantly trying to better herself as a doctor. I cannot recommend her more highly.

Dr. Palmer was excellent until the day I received an MRI she ordered to help diagnose a unilateral hearing loss problem. I had the results forwarded to an ENT for evaluation. The ENT informed me the test results were from an MRA not an MRI and not helpful in a diagnosis. Dr. Palmer communicated through the portal that the test results were negative but failed to mention until later pressed that she accidentally made the incorrect order. I am very upset over the mistake and failure to immediately disclose this when the results came back. I asked to be transferred to a more experienced doctor for my chronic underlying medical conditions but UAB refuses. They claim the most experienced doctors are not taking new patients and one that is refuses to see me because I don’t fall into the category of specialized conditions she treats. Very disappointed I have to go elsewhere for an experienced doctor.

Dr. Palmer has always been there for me. When I have a question on something I put it in the portal and she will answer me right away. She has sent me to some top-notch specialists for conditions I have that she doesn't treat. I have never had a doctor who cares about me like Doctor Palmer. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Palmer is awesome!! I'm so glad she is my doctor. She is kind and caring, she makes me feel at ease. I feel very comfortable with her, she takes time to talk with me and listens to my concerns. Thank you, Dr. Palmer! I appreciate you so much. I tell all of my friends about you.

Dr. Palmer is not what I expected. Appointments with her end up being with a student. She made me feel rushed and unimportant. Has never returned a single phone call and her nurse doesn’t return calls either. I don’t recommend her as she doesn’t seem to know what she is doing.

She's a wonderful lady. And she's very concerned about her patients. Love her and would refer anyone to her.
