I definitely will be getting a new PCP. It is impossible to get her to refill a medication that I need to take every day because just happened to forget to refill when I went to the office. I call 2 times and am promised she will take care of it by the end of the day. I wait all day then she doesn’t even do it! I called at 7:30 asking her to fix her mistake. She’s terrible! It’s not cool to make someone go 2 days without a medal they have taken the past 5 years. She doesn’t even care!!! Pick someone else to be your doctor. I know I am!!!

I had to find another PCP because mine retired. Sadly, Dr. Pal did not work out for me. She was late for 3 out of the 4 appointments I had with her. There was never an apology or reason for her tardiness. I thought that was very unprofessional.

Horrible. Inconsiderate and disrespectful. I ended up in the hospital because she couldnt be bothered by my request for a medication change during regular business hours. This is a doctor that doesn't want bothered by sick people. She has no time or interest. This is the worst doctor I've ever gone to and i went to her for over a year trying to keep an open mind. Bad, bad, bad. If you have a chronic illness, she's even worse.
