Terrible experience. Was not helpful at all. Went in to address a painful lump in my hand and she basically told me to go home, take aspirin and “just go to the ER” if it got worse. Poor bedside manner and very rude. Do not recommend

Dr. Shum's affability and plain speaking were much appreciated over the course of my treatment. I felt like my recovery was important to her and that she was going to do all that she could to make me well. Also, the women that worked in the office were pleasant every single time. I never felt uneasy at the office or on the phone and that rarely happens when dealing with scheduling appointments or processing payments. I don't want to get hurt again, but if I do, I'm going to Dr. Shum.
