Dr. Charlotte Grayson, MD

Did not do a good review of chart or evaluation of my Moms condition. Her blood pressure was very low and she did not recommend stopping her high blood pressure medication. Her office calls 2 days later and says to stop the medicine. Next she tells her she needs to exercise more so she can have more energy. Medical common sense would see a link to the blood pressure. Plus she is 85 and on oxygen full time.

The office staff has had a huge turnover and is a mess. I have had difficulty getting phone calls returned and getting the paperwork complete for my 83 year old mother to move into memory care was a nightmare. We almost had to change my mother’s move in date because of their incompetence. Additionally, when addressing these issues with Dr Grayson (via the portal), she only provided excuses for delay and degraded my level of mental cognition. I am so happy to be done with this team and to have my mother in Athens and in better hands.

Dr. Grayson saved my life! She figured out what was wrong with me and even though I had already given up, she helped me see I could make it. Now I am living strong for my family. Dr. Grayson is the best doctor on the planet. If you are looking for a good doctor, she will leave no stone unturned for you. She is now the doctor for everyone in my family because she is caring, effective and thorough. In an age when doctors are just moving patients in and out, she is the exception. She cares about us and we appreciate her. Dr. Grayson, Thank you.

I highly recommend Dr. Grayson! She is very thorough and takes her time with her patients. Dr. Grayson listens to you and your concerns, and she orders tests/bloodwork as needed.

Have no complaints with Dr. Grayson, but beyond frustrated! I am the caregiver for my elderly mother who is 87 and has dementia (beginning Alzheimer's). The staff won't allow me to book an appointment which I have done for her in the past several times. She needs a check up and to be seen by other specialists but they don't care! Totally ridiculous policy considering they could book the appointment since my mother doesn't know the day or time and can take my POA paperwork at the visit!!

Dr. Grayson is a caring excellent doctor. She takes the time to talk you through what she has foundone concerning your visit. I would highly recommend her.

If you are unsure about lumps on your body that never goes away. get a second opinion. I had a lump and was told it was fatty tissue by Dr. Grayson. But that wasn't the case. Thanks to Karen Brancewicz, PASUP she sent me for a biopsy and saved my life.
