Initially had problems with her front office staff regarding scheduling and billing, however that was corrected. We have the utmost confidence in her care for our child as well as the care provided by the PN and nursing staff. They are always so attentive, calming his fears and taking time to answer our questions and provide recommendations. Dr. Morehead is a mother and cares for our child as her own.

Dr. Morehead and her staff are Wonderful! We are so happy to have a super awsome Children's Doctor in the area. Highly recomend her. The facility is very nice also. I've never had a long wait time.

Due to the fact that they are one of the few pediatric offices in Floresville. They often get away with things that would not be tolerated in larger practices. My son was almost dropped by the nurse administering his 12 month vaccines because she was in such a hurry. I was running late to a separate appointment with Dr. Morehead, I tried to call to inform them but was left on hold and sent to voicemail. I was then turned away for my son's appt. If possible, please choose a different doctor.

Charlie Morehead is a wonderful Pediatrician, but I would agree her staff is terrible. They are rude to you from the moment you walk in. If you need them to return a call forget about it. Until you meet the actual doctor, you are just another nuisance number to them, emphasis on the nuisance. The staff makes you feel like you are stupid and wasting their time. Considering switching just because of them.

Dr. Morehead spends quality time examining your child and making sure they are meeting all milestones. She also takes the time to ensure all of your questions are answered. You are definitely not just another patient to her, she truly cares about your child's well being.

Dr Morehead is exceptional but her staff is awful. For almost a 12 months, unbeknownst to me, they considered him two months younger. When I called to schedule our 12-month shots, they insisted he wasn't old enough despite having his birthdate printed all over their records. Not only this, but it takes an act of congress to get them to answer their phones and/or return phone calls to make urgent follow-up appointments.
