Best eye doctor ever! We have been seeing him for 25 years or more and can't imagine seeing anyone else I have had several problems with my eyes and Dr. Andrews has discovered the problems and successfully treated them all. The practice is family operated and the staff/family is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Just the best at what they all do.

It wasn't very good and ended up terminating it before I saw the doctor. I couldn't get past his rude, mean, and lying staff and I wouldn't accept fault for their problems. It's not worth what a patient has to go through to see this doctor. Cynthia is the problem, and she knows no restraints, and I found it creepy having clerical staff examining me. I can't recommend the doctor because the patient can't get access to him without putting up with her.

I have been using Dr Andrews for many years. He has always been very professional and takes the time to discuss my issues and what is going on with the eyes. I would recommend him to family and friends. His staff has always been friendly and professional and made me feel at ease. If you have to leave a message they call you back as soon as time permits.

Dr. Andrews is excellent. Understanding and helpful. A thorough professional. However, I won't be back because his receptionist is the rudest, meanest woman I've ever encountered. Does he know this harpy is running off his patients? It's a shame because Dr. Andrews is really very, very good.

Answered all my questions on eye care and eye health. Explained eye mechanics in lay terms and described the typical expectations of eye health as a person ages. Information was informative and reassuring.

New patient. Missed the appointment today. They wanted $40.00 for a "no show" and would not reschedule another appointment until that is paid. When asked why wasn't a reminder sent?... "We do not send out reminders for appointments". Is this any way to treat seniors? We need reminders more than anyone else!

The staff which apparently happens to be the wife of the doctor her name is Cynthia Andrews is extremely rude when she did call me back after I had left two messages was rude and hung up on me twice but not before telling me if I came to the office I would be arrested I am pretty sure Dr. Andrews does not know how she is running his office. since when do you hang up on patients and then threaten to have them arrested. There is no way I would ever recommend this doctors office to anyone

Dr Andrews was very nice, HOWEVER his staff is the rudest, unprofessional, bunch that I have ever dealt with. I saw the Dr twice, and they called, insulted and threatened me, before allowing me to find out what was going on with my insurance. I will not recommended to anyone to go there. If you are looking for a good Drs office do not go here! My other doctors were understanding and allowed me to call insurance before any threats needed to be made. Avoid this office!
