Visited Dr. Wright due to irregular PET Scan, had Cystoscope performed by him the next week. Despite notes in the file, after the procedure he never came to discuss the findings with me and never requested any type of follow-up. He did speak briefly to my wife after the procedure, but she was not 100% confident of everything that he said. He seemed very aloof during the office visit prior and will not be returning to see him

From the rude receptionist (Ginger) who automatically puts every phone call on hold (for as long as ten minutes some times) and cannot ever understand the most basic name, to the unorganized insurance billing clerk (Dana), visiting this clinic has become an utter nightmare. Thank goodness for their ignorance, however, because it drove me to get a second opinion and discover that the surgery Dr. Wright claimed I needed was completely unnecessary, and only would have caused severe problems later.

Either dishonest or incompetent. Did not address my concerns as a patient. Insisted that 50 was too young for an enlarged prostate. I happen to know for a fact that this opinion is erroneous. Terrible bedside manner.

I was very happy with Dr. Wright. After about 15 minutes of talking he gave me a special prescription for my ED problem. I got it filled with no problems and the results were absolutely "Unbelievable". I was a teenager again for a couple of hours, and can get that back anytime I want thanks to Dr. Wright. That's pretty cool when your 69 years old. He can make you feel 18 again. This doctor is the real deal and he can fix your "problem" it isn't hopeless anymore. TOM
