Second Opinion
I found Dr. Seal pleasant, approachable, knowledgeable, and mater of fact. He confirmed and earlier opinion that given the seriousness of my spinal stenosis and its advanced state, non-invasive treatments would be a nonstarter. I also appreciated the examples of hardware in some x-rays. This was an eye-opener not touched upon by the previous surgeon.

Office Visit
My initial visit with Dr Seal was great. He suggested different options for my lower back pain. It was comforting to know there are options to try for the pain. It’s a nice benefit to have various doctors in the same practice working together.

Town Center Orthopedics 5 stars
Dr. Seal is a great Doctor with a vast amount of knowledge about the spine and a great sense of humor. He explained my situation to me clearly and and give me his Opinion on my condition. He also reviled to me that he has had the same surgery he recommended. He diagnosed my condition and discussed all options without rushing or making me feel rushed, he also performed another minor examination on me and ordered additional images to make sure he was 100% correct in his diagnosis of my condition. Doctor Seal and his staff at Town Center Orthopedics are great.

Bad back explained.
Having a lower spine resembling a multi vehicle pileup on a highway Dr Seal was able to identify multiple factors most likely contributing to my dis-ease. One of several skills Dr Seal displayed was listening to years of back problems I’ve lived with. We were able to examine in detail the current state of my condition and agree on a path forward. My thoughts of some continued discomfort were eased by Dr Seal’s touch of humor, a volley I happily returned. Big shout out to Dr Seal along with medical staff and snap X-ray techs.

Dr. Seal is knowledgeable and kind
Dr. Seal takes the time to listen to his patients and explains every procedure thoroughly. His knowledgeable and experience in his field of practice are evident when he explains what needs or doesn't need to be done to correct/repair the body. His bedside manner is a wonderful blend of calmness, wisdom, and humor. I've had 2 (neck and back) surgeries with Dr. Seal and preparing for a 3rd back surgery, because of my arthritis. His staff are amazing individuals to work with and explain what is needed to move forward. I would highly recommend him and have recommended him to many individuals.

Thanks to Dr. Seal and the Fauquier Hospital surgical team for performing my cervical bone replacement surgery (ACDF) on June 21, 2011. The outcome has been surprisingly trouble-free and pain-free and I'm pleased to highly recommend him and the team. In two days my recovery was dramatically easy and there has been no noticeable after-effect in the intervening 9 years and 9 months. The overall outcome has been excellent.

My first visit was welcoming and assuring ! Dr. Seal gave me his undivided attention, answered all of my many questions with words that were not "above my head", and explained all details regarding my medical issues with the comfort, positivity, and outcome I was to expect for a not-so-good picture painted as the x-rays were indicating. I have all faith and trust that he will stand by me ! I absolutely am in awe with the practice, as well. Blue Ridge Orthopaedic & Spine Center has a multitude of services under one roof, which makes it nice (and considerate) for everyone ! ... keeping the varied medical needs and circumstances in the forefront !
