The best of the best
I have waited a very long time to see Dr Satterlee. If you want the best here he is. He is in such high demand that sometimes you have to wait a while to see him in the waiting room. I have heard people complain but what I don't think that they realize is you have to wait when you want the very best. He has been my doctor now for some time. I trust everything that he tells me. Why can't people understand if they have to wait, that they are waiting for the best of the best. He and his staff are Simply the Best! If I had to wait for hours to see him as my doctor I would not be upset at all.

Plan to spend the day waiting on this guy!!
After waiting 1 hour and ten minutes, without any explanation, as to why this doc had not seen me, I told the staff I was leaving and I did. The staff is great. My husband has been a patient of Dr Jakoi for two years and our experience at this facility has always, until yesterday, has been great. I didn't care for Satterlee's "bedside manner" on my first visit. His lack of respect for my time is both arrogant and low class. Based on the staffs reaction, I don't think this was a first for this guy.

Nothing but good things to say about Dr. Satterlee. He took time to explain the procedure, took the necessary steps to obtain insurance authorization for the procedure, performed the procedure in a very professional manner, and patiently walked me through the followup to full recovery. I would strongly recommend him. He did a great job for me and I am thankful that he was my physician for my shoulder replacement.

Dr. Saterlee has performed rotator cuff surgery on both of my shoulders. I have been extremely pleased with the outcome of both operations. I am a farmer so I do a lot of physical work in my occupation. Dr. Saterlee’s skill has allowed me to recover the full use of both shoulders. The whole office staff is very professional and patient with my questions. I highly recommend Dr. Saterlee if you are contemplating shoulder surgery.

At 41 years old. I had a partial shoulder replacement in 2000 by Dr. Satterlee this was from an injury to my left shoulder. I am very happy with the outcome from that surgery its been 18 years. I did everything I normally would with a few restrictions. September 2017 I had to have my right shoulder joint replaced due to pretty sever arthritis, I am very pleased with Dr. Satterlee and his team its been 6 months after surgery. I have my range of motion back and most days and nights are pain free.

I have been under Dr. Satterlee's care for the last four months and I will tell you right now that this has been the best experience I have ever had with any doctors office. The staff is caring and compassionate and listened to my every need. I would like to give an extra special thank you to Jamie (Dr. Satterlee's nurse) and Katie (P.A. that works with Dr. Satterlee). I would and have recommended many people to see him, because I know they will have that great experience as well.

One of the best shoulder and elbow surgeons. Everything associated with my surgery went exactly as he said it would. He and his staff are extremely capable and professional. Wait time for office visits can be a problem - especially on Mondays - because it is a busy practice and if all of their practitioners are seeing patients, the waiting room and exam rooms will back up. Nevertheless, would unqualifiedly recommend him to your shoulder surgery - or to consult with you on avoiding it.

Dr Satterlee is very knowledgeable, kind, and an excellent surgeon I had shoulder repair 5 years ago which left me in terrible pain. Dr Satterlee did a total shoulder replacement and I have had no pain and can do almost everything now as far as physical activity.
