Horrible customer service. Front staff Anabel is extremely rude, refuses to schedule appointments even though insurance is active. wants to charge 4,000 up front just to give me a date for an appointment. doesn't know how to treat patients definitely in the wrong field. Dr. is wonderful it's such a shame he has that staff.

Loved my experience with Dr. Rurangirwa! From the very beginning he was very attentive to my questions and symptoms. The staff was always very nice and accommodating. The wait varied depending on the day, time and what you were going for. Usually OB visits took longer than ultrasound visits. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Rurangirwa.

Dr Rurangirwa is the most kind OB/GYN I’ve had since my last child was born 26 years ago. He made it a point to talk and get to know each other as people at my first appointment. He asked me about my family and about myself, told me about himself and his family and his education. We discussed my expectations for him, as well as his commitment to his treatment to live up to those expectations and then some. He didn’t act rushed or, “uh-huh” me while he was doing something else. I believe he truly is concerned about women’s healthcare and it shows.

Amazing doctor. Always made me feel at ease and he genuinely cares for his patients. I highly recommend him. His nurses and staff are amazing as well.

The staff was excellent! I walked into the office very nervous and as I was called into the exam area Erica was awesome. Dr. Rurangirwa was amazing! I felt more at ease and everything was explained to me in detail! I thank the Lord for guiding me here!

Dr. Rurangirwa has been our OBGYN for myself and my sisters for many years. His practice has always been very professional, he truly cares for his patient’s.

The check in and triage were smooth. Even though Dr Rurangirwa has so many patients, you are never exposed to so many people. With this pandemic, I feel they take all the needed precautions to protect me, and my unborn baby.

I just want to say that I’m so happy to have Dr. Rurangirwa as my new doctor. He’s just an amazing doctor who listens and assures you everything will be alright. The front staff, the nurses and the lab nurse were very nice and helpful. I’m just so thankful with them especially me being a very nervous person.
