Dr. Charles Raugh, DPM

I have used dr. Raugh for 28 yrs. He is a true dr. Who cares for his patient needs. Resolves any foot problems you have. For me it’s worth the trip to Virginia. I have gone to podiatrist closer to my home and none have resolved anything. I went back to my favorite Doctor Raugh. He is awesome

I took my ninety-six year old mother to see Dr. Charles Raugh in regards to a “sore” she had developed on her left big toe. He treated her by cutting nails ands peeling her dead skin off. He asked us to come back for another session. Competent doctors always review the medical conditions of their patients, particularly when the patient is at a very advanced age like my mother was. He did not. We returned for another session and came back yet for another session with his associate Dr. Richard Soltani, who finally admitted that she had a vascular issue. Why did Dr. Raugh not see us? He never suggested that perhaps my mother’s “sore’ was something much more severe and even life threatening- like a severe case of dry gangrene, which it is was. This crucial misdiagnosis paved the way for her left leg being amputated above the left knee a month later. Five months later, she died of a heart attack. All her fatal conditions started with that "sore".

He takes great care and is extremely professional He takes care of my daughter and myself. We are both very physically handicapped. He explains everything very well and answers all of our question. We highly recommend Dr Charles Raugh
