Dr. Charles Pucevich, MD

Always abrupt, sometimes rude, uncaring and never returns calls. I was told to call for results of my blood tests in a week and leave a message. I called 6 times in 3 weeks. Still no reply. My condition suddenly worsened which I mentioned in my messages. Now I am looking for a new rhuematologist. Wish I had done this a few years ago. I would never recommend this doctor anyone.

I am sure he is a good Dr however he lacks any bedside manner. He was physically rough with my MIL and condescending to both of us

Dr. Charles Pucevich: After my appointment, they wouldn’t call me or schedule. They told me I had to call him to discuss what to do next in a few days and that they were not calling. Then I had to call to schedule my own appointments and I had to call he said in about three days when results should be in. I’m sorry, I have a full time job shouldn’t your office contact me in regards to my results and when to schedule next? Why am I leaving messages and trying to reach out to your office? Shouldn’t your office get my results and call and leave me a message letting me know they are in? I’m pretty sure you have a staff? I never called and they never followed up, not once or even a two second call us your results are in message. Terrible example of patient care. I have my own position where patient care is of a priority.

I saw Dr. Pucevich earlier this year because of my arthritis. He spent nearly an hour with me going over my symptoms, possible medications and ordered and eventually went over my blood test results with me. I find him to be caring, thorough an and all-around great doctor!
