Does not listen to Women
Went to this man 4 years ago after being diagnosed with auto immune issues. He immediately dismissed my own opinions and essentially laughed at me when I told him I was currently trying to control my issues with diet only. He told me I had no idea what I was talking about and that I would need to be on hydroxychloroquine for life. Here I am 4 years later with a SINGLE INSTANCE of auto immune symptoms because I DID NOT take his advice and KEPT to my original idea of diet only treatment. My ANA levels are now normal and all bloodwork is fine. Do you own research, get a second opinion and ladies, DO NOT TAKE DOCTORS LAUGHING IN YOUR FACE! We have been ignored for TOO LONG. If I had listened to this man, I would still be sick and on meds for life. He laughed….Now, here I am healthy, laughing at him. Never took his garbage meds. Never needed them. He is a gaslighter and doesn’t keep up with NEW science around auto immune conditions.

Seek Second Opinion
Dr. Pritchard is indifferent. He does not listen well or think outside the box for diagnosis/treatment. My family member was left untreated, undiagnosed, in chronic, often excruciating pain, after being dismissed by him. Patients are trained to trust their medical professionals, and its upsetting that my family member was given a correct diagnosis, validation this wasn't "made up or exaggerated," and a path to relief after some simple bloodwork from a different provider years later, when they could no longer bear the symptoms they were told meant nothing. Doctors are human and fallible. They will make mistakes and they will miss diagnoses. However, by entering the medical profession, they sign up for a career where their mistakes, although human, are unacceptable. They sign up for this--their patients do not. I highly suggest seeking a second opinion, especially seeing as there is a pattern in his reviews that supports my family's experience. You deserve answers, not to be ignored.

Dr. Pritchard did a great job diagnosing and treating my pain. He spends a lot of time listening during the visit. The nurses who support him are excellent. The only issue I have found with this practice is that they do not answer the phone. Ever. I always have to leave a message and wait for someone to call me back - which could be hours, days, or no response. Very frustrating when you need to ask them a question and they refuse to talk to you. However, if you do manage to somehow get someone on the phone, or get an in-person appointment, the service once you are being treated, is excellent.

Dr. Pritchard gave me 5 infusions of Reclast. As a result I broke both femurs due to splintering of my bones. I only had osteopenia. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. He was rude as well.

Dr. Pritchard took the time to listen and I felt very comfortable asking questions. I left the appointment feeling that I had a better understanding on how to manage my joint pain.

I have been under Dr. Pritchard's care for more than five years for rheumatoid arthritis. I find that he listens and addresses any problem I am experiencing. He is courteous and professional at all times. He carefully explains any decision made about my health care and includes me in the decision making where possible.

Started seeing him a few years back, and at first I liked him, but he became progressively rude and disinterested in me. He never responded to my messages. I once messaged him because I had a serious infection, and he never replied (the awesome nurses did though!) and then had no idea it happened when I saw him later. I had to remind him of my issues and concerns every time I saw him, and I saw him for like 3 years. I'm finally seeing a new person, though I should have switched years ago.

I met Dr. Pritchard 30 years ago, after 8 other doctors told me my excruciating pain was female hysteria (even though my blood test showed high ANA levels and the rheumatoid factor). Dr. Pritchard diagnosed fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis and began a treatment plan that has allowed me to have a vibrant, active life ever since. I am forever grateful for his expertise and encouragement.

Dr. Pritchard is the best Rheumatologist that I have ever had the pleasure of being treated. I had a very difficult time walking when I first was examined by Dr. Pritchard, with his help and excellent treatment I am able to walk normally. He listens very intently during the entire examination, every treatment that he as prescribed has been excellent and works very well. I would highly recommend him, plus his staff is well trained and very pleasant to work with.
