Doctor fixed inguinal hernia in 2011. Had a recurrence in 2019 Schedulers had no sense of regency for my very pai ful incarcerated hernia condition and only after several calls was I able to get the revision surgery scheduled. Horrible office staff. . Now I am suffering again and probably have another recurrence. I have tried to schedule appointment to confirm diagnosis of a third hernia and they have cancelled 5 appointments. Horrible office staff. Use another facility if you need surgery..

Absolutely the best!!
Dr. Plehn performed my hernia surgery 30 years ago. I developed another hernia...this time double with a third by the belly button and the first doctor I saw did not get back to me nor reply to my inquiries for scheduling. Seven months later I found out from friends that Dr Plehn was available. They of course LOVED him and I contacted him right away. He was responsive, informative and thorough. I was able to schedule my operation according to my work schedule and just had it done yesterday. Today I'm up and around, no pain but some discomfort as to be expected. The incision and laproscopic entry points are clean and there is minimal swelling but nothing black and blue. All in all I consider myself extremely fortunate to have had Dr. Plehn once again.
